It does sound like she might be cheating, but one can't be sure.
More to the point, I'd suggest that you rearead your own post a few times. I think it's clear from it and from all the small things that worry you that neither you nor she are ready for a sexual relationship right now. Or course you really really *want* to have sex. What 15 year old male doesn't? That desire is natural. But it might be beter to wait a bit, and to wait for a more stable and grounded relationship with a girlfriend that is truly mutual.
