Dude, for starters, I think getting a girlfriend whom you haven't been intimate with a thong is a little...how should I say...much? Jeez, what is with kids these days? When I was fifteen it would never even occur to me to buy a girl UNDERWEAR!!!LOL I'm getting old...
Second of all, I'm not sure what to tell you about the whole cheating with your friend thing. It IS Christmas, she could simply be discussing your Christmas gift with him. Or, she could be cheating on you. The thing is, teenage girls (and boys) for that matter, are all over the place. She could purposely be making it look like something is going on with your friend, when there isn't, simply to provoke a reaction from you and see just how much you like her. Buuuut...Dude, it's weird that your friend knows how many thongs she has. I have some female friends and I have never discussed their underwear with them. I don't know, the whole thing just doesn't sit right with me. It doesn't sound normal. And I can't put my finger on what exactly is ABNORMAL about it per se, it just seems messed up. Like I said before, no one can tell you what is going on in the head of teenage girl.
But, I do know this...you are DEFINITELY not at a stage where you should be giving her underwear. At fifteen??? I don't want to sound like an old fart, but that's something for established couples that are adults, which you are not, just yet. Have you considered that her parents might find out what you gave her and flip out? Also, I understand that you want to have sex with her, but she doesn't sound trustworthy. And I know from October til now sounds like a long time, and it seems that way when you're young, but it's really not a long time to get to know someone. And you're already having questions about how faithful she is to you. All bad signs. You have sex with her, a lot of emotions are going to come into play that you're probably not ready to handle yet, and it doesn't sound like she's the right person to help you with them. And if you do have sex...USE A CONDOM. She sounds like she's been around. And also, look at Jamie Lynne Spears...you don't want to get her pregnant.
