You and she both need to figure out what you want. Why should what people say matter? If you both want casual sex, what's wrong with that? If you don't want to have sex with her at all because she wakes up in strange guys' beds, just stop. If you want her as your exclusive girlfriend, talk to her and she what she wants. If you figure out that you're not compatible sexually -- let's say, you want monogamy and she doesn't -- then agree never to have sex, and see if that makes hanging out more comfortable.
