This is really tough. I feel bad for you.
One line of thinking that might you help starting to get over him is to focus on what he did to you. You may have loved him, but you made a mistake. Someone who lies about something that basic, ugh. I would bet that he had Jill were having sex before he broke up with you too.
Normally I would say don't say anything, but Jill is considering a permanent commitment, and I think she has a right to know about him. I could be wrong, though. Ask yourself this: do you think she would want to know? And try to separate your answer to this question from your anger, hurt, desire for revenge, et cetera. If you do tell her, though, you could also explain that you need to avoid her for a while, and him forever, in order to help you get over it.
