Whew, what a busy week! I just now had time to get back to this interesting topic.
Thomas, your input was enlightening. I especially needed to be reminded of what you wrote about not all orgasms being equal! That's very true and explains why a person would be more interested in a sex act he/she finds only adequately exciting as opposed to one that is wildly exciting to that person.
I can understand that certain sex acts could be more intensely exciting to someone. That is why it is important to be as open as possible to what your partner might enjoy. But I still cannot relate to wanting to perform a sex act on someone who is turned off by the experience! It would be a complete and utter turn off to me to know my partner was barely tolerating what we were doing! I do get your point and I believe it though.
I also agree about the media in general. I don't think its effects can be exaggerated.
