Subject: My husband feels inadequate in bed, How do I help?

My husband has been a bit distant, not wanting to make love often & I finally got out of him that he feels inadequate in bed. He has had a little bit of an issue with Climaxing too quick & He wont last long enought for me to climax. he's not feeling too confident. I Think it's to that point where he dosnt even look forword to sex anymore. We do a LOT of forplay to the point where I almost Climax, then the feeling just subsides & builds again during intercourse. I dont really care as much about Geting there as I do about how he's feeling. Is there anything I can do or try to help him??
