In my town, when niggers act up, we have a closed tribunal that get's together, and when permissable, gives them one warning with a deadline to leave town. If they don't leave by the annointed time, the tribunal meets again, passes what we call an "Administration of Justuce" (AOJ) and than a chosen set of vigilantes handles the problem quietly (this includes transporting the body hundreds of miles away and disposing of it discreetly). A nigger may cause us a problem, but he and occasionally a she, never and I mean NEVER causes us PROBLEMS!
