I've never had your problem so I'm no expert on it, but a simple Web search for "premature ejaculation" will turn up many sites. There are psychological remedies, such as learning to focus your attention on something else to delay ejaculation; physical rememdies such as exercises, and more. Also, have you tried having sex with her a third time after the first two? Or, she could masturbate you a few times first until you can last longer.
