It's normal for a young man, especially a young bi man, to be attracted to many people. What's wrong is to lie. If he led you to believe you were going to be monogamous, he should have stuck to that. It sounds like he's not ready for monogamy. It might be best for your own emotional health to have no contact with him. Certainly don't spend a lot of effort trying to understand him. He just wants to sleep around. A lot of men want mostly that. If you do want to stay in touch, don't have any more sex with him.
