Things sound really good. On the problem areas, (a) I hope you can forgive her if she slips up and does cheat at first -- not that you should let her know that in advance, of course (b) It sounds like you're at least watching the drinking issue, which is good, and it's great that you've both stopped with drugs -- anyway, drugs are potentially more dangerous, because they could be "bad," right (c) BPD is, in my understanding of it, not a simple condition with a simple cure. It's a range of things that can be notoriously hard to treat. On the other hand, it's a great sign that you two are getting along well without her even having had treatment.
About hanging out with the guys she works with, have you considered getting a really nasty looking skull-and-crossbones tattoo, and making reference to the prison time you did for murder after finding your ex-wife in bad with another guy? Just kidding about that part.
